Working from Home: A Monthly Online Get Together

This Fall we are introducing a series called Working from Home as a way of connecting with all of the members of our Northwest Chapter. We would like to get to know each and every one and see what you have been working on lately. We would like you to show us around your workspace, whether it is a table in your kitchen, a corner of the living room, a converted room or garage, or a fully equipped shop. Do you have favorite tools you prefer for practical and/or sentimental reasons? Are you working on something at the moment and can you share with us your process? We are all trying to stay safe and sane these days and one of the ways we can do this is by connecting with one another on-line. We are still trying to figure out the best platform to use and we will give you the information as soon as we know it. We would like each of our members to participate in sharing with us what it is like for you to be Working from Home. To begin the series, your newly elected Board members Jodee Fenton, Elsi Vassdal Ellis, Mel Hewitt and Bonnie Thompson Norman will be featured on October 3rd. Except for December, we will be visiting with other members on the first Saturday of each month. In November, we will be visiting with Gabby Cooksey and Carolina Veenstra. Let us know if you would like to be featured soon. We don't mean to put you on the spot but to shine a spotlight on you and your work!
